We are looking for a stand-out sales leader to manage a team of Account Executives in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment. The successful candidate will be experienced at recruiting, training and enabling a diverse team of director reports to achieve aggressive sales goals. Exceptional candidates will have a strong understanding of the residential and commercial construction industry as well as a strong command of SaaS sales.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Become an evangelist for Loveland Innovations and everything it stands for.
  • Design, implement, and execute productivity targets and quotas to align with overall revenue goals, achieving quarterly and annual goals.
  • Day-to-day management of the General Construction sales team.
  • Create and instill a disciplined sales doctrine within the sales organization.
  • Ensure every sales person is performing at their peak, and in clear support of company sales and strategic goals.
  • Become an evangelist for Loveland Innovations and everything it stands for.
  • Design, implement, and execute productivity targets and quotas to align with overall revenue goals, achieving quarterly and annual goals.
  • Drive the sales cycle: effectively conduct needs analysis, succinctly communicate Loveland Innovation's vision in the market, and proactively negotiate deals to close. This is a quota-carrying role directly responsible for generating revenue for SaaS products as well as managing a team of account executives.
  • Work closely with other functional areas including business development, marketing, product and customer success to drive demand generation, build sales pipeline, renew and expand existing accounts, and develop a system to target key accounts and contacts.
  • Directly participate in closing deals with target accounts which includes new and existing business and drive business initiatives for future success.
  • Identify and distill feedback from the market and communicate that intel to product and technology teams.
  • Continually work to secure new customers, increasing usage and subscription revenue from existing customers and growing revenue from the client side.
  • Mentor and lead more junior sales team members to maximize business results.
  • Create a team culture that's positive, motivating, and performance-driven.
  • Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue numbers based on expertise in qualification and sales process review.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, partners, and competitors; develop proactive strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPI) and metrics for sales team.

Job Requirements:

  • 7+ years in sales and growth in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience in General Construction or Roofing trades a bonus.
  • Extensive experience selling into enterprise-level Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Experienced in a start-up environment building sales infrastructure from scratch.
  • Experience in HR Learning & Development industry and/or proven intellectual curiosity.
  • Proven at accelerating sales and closing $1MM+ in business in a fiscal year.
  • Proven at closing large deals of $100k or more.
  • Proven aptitude to build high-performing teams, close business, build consensus, resolve conflict, solve tough business problems, roll-up sleeves and drive revenue.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills; ability to negotiate and build strong business relationships both outside and within the organization.
  • Skilled at business planning and diligent at creating and presenting sales plans, setting milestones, measuring performance and being accountable for results to executive management.
  • Excellent communicator; strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills; effective at delivering executive level presentations.
