We are looking for outstanding sales leaders who have a proven track record as individual contributor in a hunter role selling SaaS into enterprise-class accounts. We are looking for the next round of sales leadership to build a team around as we ramp up our sales efforts.

The successful candidate will reside in Texas, preferably Dallas, and be a proven executive with deep capacity to engage high-level conversations with Vice Presidents and C-level prospects in the general construction space, masterfully navigate those conversations through qualification and POC, and finally into extremely loyal customers. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and lead a regional sales team of enterprise account executives while being a player coach and an individual contributor first.

Primary Responsibilities...

As a Regional Sales Director, you will lead all sales efforts within your assigned territory, including prospect identification, lead generation, sales calls, handling the sales cycle, proposal and contract negotiation through deal closure. You will be an expert in selling enterprise SaaS solutions. You will meet and exceed sales goals established with your Vice President while delivering the highest standard of integrity, quality, and customer service to our clients.

  • Share IMGING and Drone Assist the industry gold standard in the digital inspection space for construction companies with an executive-level audience
  • Become an evangelist for Loveland Innovations and everything it stands for
  • Own the customer and ensure a high-level of satisfaction
  • Prospect, identify, research and connect with prospective clients within a target region
  • Attend industry conferences and trade events to prospect and network with clients
  • Develop and foster business relationships with all key stake holders
  • Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against performance metrics with a strong emphasis on new business sales
  • Guide prospective clients through detailed presentations of SaaS solutions (live and remote)
  • Collaborate with finance, legal and marketing to ensure a smooth and expedited process
  • Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential clients
  • Achieve assigned revenue target by selling Loveland's complete line of solutions and services to global leaders in the industrial and commercial products space
  • Drive and manage the entire sales cycle from identifying the right business initiatives and building a competitive value proposition to negotiating through close
  • Provide leadership to a cross-functional account team (sales, marketing specialists, product management)
  • Significantly extend the existing strategic relationship with customers/prospects
  • Competent in the ability to forecast and assess revenue opportunities

Job Requirements...

  • 7+ years in sales and growth in a fast-paced Enterprise SaaS environment
  • Successful track record of hitting new business annual quota as an individual contributor
  • Consistent top performer/ President's Club or equivalent
  • Understanding of General Construction technology space a plus
  • Extensive experience selling software into enterprise-level Fortune 1000 companies
  • Proven at accelerating software sales and closing $1MM+ in business in a fiscal year
  • Proven at closing large deals of $100k or more as well as driving base business
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills; ability to negotiate and build strong business relationships both outside and within the organization team player
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM solutions such as Salesforce and keeping it up to date
  • Ability to travel, with a valid driver's license in-market 50% of the time and occasional travel to corporate HQ in Utah and other events
